“Retail is a sector facing many issues, which means more than ever our local retailers need to keep pace with the constant changes affecting the industry”, said Ray Thompson, Lithgow City Council Mayor.

“We all know changing spending patterns, customer service expectations from the shoppers of today, increased competition in the online/digital space and economic uncertainty are some of the key issues affecting business. I strongly encourage local businesses to take part in the program” concluded the Mayor.
