Escape wet season cabin fever and enjoy a high energy celebration of dance and song when Dale Pengelly presents The Lounge Suite at the Cassowary Coast Regional Council’s first Morning Melodies for 2019 next Tuesday (February 12) in the beautiful art deco Innisfail Shire Hall.
Dale draws on his incredible career in the world of artistic performance to take audiences on a nostalgic journey back to the way it was, when romance collided with cabaret and swing was all the rage.
The sensational trio of Dale and his dancing Loungin’ Ladies will have you wanting to sing and sway to timeless tunes from The Rat Pack and Nat King Cole alongside classics from musical theatre favourites such as Singin’ in the Rain, The Boy From Oz, Chicago and Hot Shoe Shuffle.
Cassowary Coast Regional Council has a wonderful line up of Morning Melodies entertainment for the year with ticket options ranging from a $75 season pass for all six shows, which represents a saving of almost 40% on purchasing tickets at the door of the event, to a $16 pre-paid ticket for individual shows (save 20 per cent) and $20 at the door.
