ROADS UPDATE: The Mulligan Highway is open and the Bloomfield Track has also re-opened, although caution is advised and a high clearance four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. On the Peninsula Development Road the Laura River North remains closed, the Archer River is 4.19m and rising and Myall Creek is 1.8m over. Remember not to drive or walk in floodwaters, and check road and river heights on the Disaster Dashboard at www.cook.qld.gov.au/services/disaster before you travel.
