Community Satisfaction Survey 2019 now surveying Cardinia Shire residents Published: 6 February 2019

The Victorian Government’s 2019 Community Satisfaction Survey on local government performance commenced on Thursday 31 January 2019 and will continue throughout February.

Cardinia Shire households may receive a telephone call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

The Community Satisfaction Survey is conducted by JWS Research and National Field Services on behalf of Local Government Victoria in accordance with the guidelines of the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months.

The survey has been designed to assist Cardinia Shire Council to continue to improve and deliver more effective services across a range of measures.

A representative sample of Cardinia Shire residents, using randomised cross selection, will be interviewed until the survey receives 400 valid responses.

Calls will be made between 9am and 8.30pm on weekdays and between 10am and 5.30pm on weekends, and the researchers may contact residents on the Do Not Call Register as the calls are for market research purposes only.

Participation in the survey is voluntary. However, your feedback is valuable and we encourage and appreciate your participation.

Please be assured that your personal details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results are shared with Cardinia Shire Council.
