ROADS UPDATE @ 2.50pm February 8: Heading south, the Mulligan Highway is open, and the Bloomfield Track is open with caution. Heading north the Laura River north is 1.4m over and falling, the Archer River is 2.3m over and steady and Myall Creek is 2.5m over and rising.
