Yesterday I met with the wonderful folk from the Meningie Lions Club to finalise the location of a major art sculpture in the Meningie Lions Park. Whilst there’s been a delay in installation, we expect some action in coming weeks. Keep an eye on The Lakelander where we will be running an article with more information and design details in coming weeks. The public artwork is part of the funds allocated through the Meningie Stormwater and Streetscape budget and will mark the completion of this project.

The first photo, where the Lions Club members are standing, marks the agreed location of the sculpture which will be impressive in stature and stunning in its appearance.
