Squeeze the last sizzle out of summer at the final Summer Music Series concert for 2019 this Sunday 24 February.
Come along to enjoy music by local performers Rich Davies and The Low Road as they bang out beats from 12.30–3pm at the Emerald Lake Park Bandstand.
Rich Davies and The Low Road will finish the series with a foot-stomping contemporary folk attack. With a poet's heart and rocker's soul, Rich Davies and The Low Road deliver a “foot-stomping contemporary folk attack” (Mick Thomas). The Golden Guitar 2018 nominee has been hailed as 'The Pogues meets Springsteen'.
Positive Music brings drum circles to Summer Music Series once more with an array of fun and colourful traditional hand drums and small percussion instruments. People will get the opportunity to make their own music from 12.30–3pm at Emerald Lake Park close to the Bandstand. No experience necessary but enthusiasm is a must!
