In accordance with Section 5.25 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 26 February 2019.
In accordance with Section 5.25 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting will be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday 26 February 2019 at the Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.
The purpose of the meeting is to update Council on the matter of the City of Wanneroo Vs Tah Land Pty Ltd. This Item will be dealt with in a Confidential Session, under the terms of the Local Government Act 1995 Section 5.23(2)(d).
The Agenda will be available on the City of Wanneroo website from Friday 22 February 2019.
