There are vacancies on Local Authorities in Elliott, Tennant Creek and Arlparra

There are five vacancies on the Arlparra Local Authority with one vacancy each on the Tennant Creek and Elliott Local Authorities.

Local Authorities alert Barkly Regional Council to new and emerging issues affecting communities, and also advise Council on service delivery in their respective communities.

People nominated must be over the age of 18 years and living in or identifying with the community.

Nominations for the Tennant Creek and Elliott Local Authorities opened on Monday, 11 February 2019 and close at 4pm on 11 March 2019.

Nominations for the Arlparra Local Authority opened on Monday, 18 February 2019 and close on Friday at 4pm on 22 March.

Nominations for the Tennant Creek Local Authority must be emailed to the Governance Officer Andrew Scoffern [email protected] with the wording Tennant Creek Local Authority Nomination in the subject heading.

Nominations for the Elliott Local Authority must either be delivered to the Elliott Area Manager Shelley McDonald at Elliott council reception or emailed to Director of Operations Mark Parsons [email protected] with the wording Elliott Local Authority Nomination in the subject heading.

Nominations for the Arlparra Local Authority must be emailed to Area Manager Michael Gravener [email protected] with the wording Urapuntja Local Authority Nomination in the subject heading.
