Bayside City Council is pleased to announce the Inclusive Bayside Grants Program 2019. This program is for community organisations, sports clubs, and not for profit groups for funding of up to $5000 for projects that will encourage greater participation and inclusion of people with a disability in Bayside. Funding can be used for new programs, equipment, activities or events.
Examples of projects previously funded include:
Sandringham Netball Association for coach training and equipment for inclusive netball University of the Third Age for supportive seating Disabled Divers Association for snorkelling experience days.A list of 2018 inclusive grants can be found here.
How to apply?
All applications should be lodged online via SmartyGrants. Applications open on Monday 18 February and applications must be received by 2pm on Monday 18 March. You are strongly encouraged to discuss your project idea with Council’s Disability Inclusion Officer prior to submitting your application.
