We are building an organisation that values our customers and provides the right people, process and systems to deliver quality customer service.
We have reviewed our existing Request for Service and Complaints Policies and amalgamated them into a draft Customer Service Policy, which is now released for community consultation.
People can give feedback in a variety of ways, including at the drop-in session.
