Tender T19/05 Winter Themed Community Event

Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to produce and deliver a winter themed community event in Koshigaya Park, Campbelltown for the NSW winter school holidays annually for a period of up to five years.

Development Proposal Lot 1 Pembroke Road, Minto

Council has received a development application from Anglican Community Services for the Staged seniors living development for 10 residential flat buildings comprising 315 independent living units, 32 attached villas, a 100 bed residential aged care facility, community facilities and associated carparking at Lot 1 DP 620265, Lot 1 Pembroke Road, Minto.  

Sydney Western City Planning Panel is the determination authority for this development application.

The proposal is identified as Nominated Integrated Development as it requires a controlled activity approval from the Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000, and Bushfire Safety Authority from the Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown and Greg Percival Library, Cnr Oxford and Cumberland Rds, Ingleburn.

Willowdale Sports Field Precinct, Denham Court

Council has received a development application from Stockland Developments Pty Ltd for the Willowdale Sports Field Precinct, including a new multi purpose sports field, amenities and club house at Lot 21 DP 1219150, Lot 21 Denham Court Rd, Denham Court.  

Campbelltown City Council is the consent authority for this development application.

Planning proposal Public Exhibition of Planning Proposal 556/2019/E-PP: Prohibition of Multi Dwellings in the R2 Low Density Residential Zone

Council on 10 July 2018 resolved to endorse the preparation and exhibition of a Planning Proposal to amend Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (CLEP 2015) to prohibit "multi dwelling housing" and "manor houses" in the R2 Low Density Residential Zone. The proposal does not affect any other development types or land use zones under CLEP 2015.

The objective of the Planning Proposal is to minimise the number of higher density residential development types able to be developed on land zoned Low Density Residential (R2).

The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation will be on public exhibition and available to view from Friday 1 March until Monday 1 April 2019 at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours, at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown and via Council's website at campbelltown.nsw.gov.au/haveyoursay
