We may not always be able to control what happens to us, but we can learn to regulate our responses to setbacks.

The City of Armadale in partnership with the Armadale Kalamunda Group Pharmacy (Armadale Hospital), invite you to this seminar which will be of particular interest and benefit for those over 60 years of age.
Keynote speakers include Dr Nicholas Waldren, a Geriatric Consultant, and a representative from the Armadale Hospital Pharmacy.
Some of the topics covered during this seminar include:
Side effects of medication such as sleeping pills and their association with falls. How taking multiple medicines may increase the risk of falls and the reasons why. The importance of regular medication reviews and what is involved in organising them. Talking to your Pharmacist and GP about the benefits and side effects of new medications.Transport for ACROD Parking Permit holders and seniors who require transport to and from this seminar can be arranged prior to the event.
