Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum Community Consultation

An open community consultation meeting will be held at the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum (AFMM) on Friday, 1 March from 5.30pm to 7.00pm.

The museum is undergoing a strategic planning process relying on feedback from the community, partners and stakeholders to identify the opportunities and challenges over the next ten years.

Mayor Graeme Hanger encouraged the community to come along and provide feedback into the future direction of the museum.

“The museum is an important cultural asset and provides a wonderful experience for both residents and visitors,” he said.

“Everyone is welcome to drop by and I would like to see as many people as possible come along to the community consultation and have their say.”
