Let us know how we can improve our facilities and services

Published on 27 February 2019

Our latest Community Satisfaction Survey is about to open, providing a powerful way for residents to let us know how we’re progressing with the delivery of the many services, programs and facilities in our community.

Data collected from the annual survey is measured against the objectives of our Community and Council Plan 2017-2021, which is essentially our roadmap for the future, helping us plan and improve the services we deliver.

Mildura Mayor Simon Clemence encouraged residents to take part in the survey, which opens this Friday 1 March.

“This is a valuable opportunity to give us feedback on the breadth of services we provide,” Cr Clemence said.

“Whether it’s services and facilities we’re delivering well, or where we could maybe improve the way we do things, we want to hear our community’s views and thoughts and this is the most convenient and effective way to do that.

“This feedback will be used to help us better meet our community’s needs throughout our municipality.”

Surveys can either be filled out online or in hard copy.

Online surveys can be accessed by visiting www.mildura.vic.gov.au/HaveYourSay and must be completed by Monday 1 April.

Hard copy surveys can be obtained from any of our Service Centres and libraries and must be returned by 5pm on Friday 29 March.
