Public Exhibition - Code of Meeting Practice

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to adopt the revised Code of Meeting Practice following an exhibition period of 28 days.

The code is available for public inspection at the Goolgowi Shire Office, Hillston District Office and the WG Parker Memorial Library.

At any time during the public exhibition period, submissions in writing will be received by Council and must be addressed to the General Manager. Submissions can be sent by mail, fax or email and must be received by 4.15 pm on Tuesday 26 March 2019. Prior to formal adoption of the code, Council will take into consideration any submissions that have been received.
