1: Is recycling being sent to landfill?

No it isn't.

2: If not, what alternative arrangements have been found with which third party?

Council is using existing storage space within Ballarat with our contractors and other parties providing additional shed space and internal storage capacity.

3: How long is this arrangement likely to last?

We have capacity to accommodate our own kerbside collection until the end of next week.

4: Is there any increase cost to council for either the dumping of recycling to landfill or the new recycling arrangements?

There are some minor additional costs associated with the current arrangements.
