Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced builders to undertake the construction of Brunswick River Cottages Aged Accommodation Units – Stage 2.

A mandatory site inspection and briefing will be held at the proposed site at 10:00am on Tuesday 12 March 2019.
Tender documents are to be submitted to the undersigned in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Tender No. T022019 – Construction of Brunswick River Cottages Aged Accommodation Units – Stage 2” by 3.00pm on Thursday, 28 March 2019. Electronic mail or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
Late Tenders will not be considered. The lowest price, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify.
