Do you support the idea of a men’s health centre in Ballarat?

I absolutely support the idea of a men’s health centre in Ballarat. It is imperative. We need to look after our community that has suffered so much and help with healing in any way we can. We need to offer as much support as we can, work with the relevant agencies and use our community expertise.

If so, how do you think it should be funded?

It needs to be a collaborative approach to provide a long-term solution, with funding from the community, local government, state government and federal government.

And is there anything else practically you can/ will do to help make this happen?

I will lobby support agencies and state and federal governments on this issue but with the guidance of the survivors and their families as to the best way forward for the whole community.
