TOWN PLANNING SCHEME No. 7 – AMENDMENT No. 67

Notice is hereby given that the local government Shire of Capel has prepared the above mentioned Planning Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

Amending Appendix 6 Special Rural Zone Area – Specific Provisions for Special Rural Area No.6 for Lots 120 & 121 Minninup Road, Dalyellup to delete the existing provisions relating to the operations of the site as a previous winery and vineyard to facilitate special rural subdivision and development.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at the Shire Administration office in Forrest Road, Capel, Dalyellup Library and on the Shire website links below
