Notice of Public Advertisement of Proposed Closure of Thoroughfare to Unauthorised Vehicles
Shire of Capel 8 Mar 2019

The Shire of Capel is considering a proposal to temporarily close a section of Range Road from 54 metres south west of the Capel Waste Transfer Station gate for 900 metres to Lot 500 Range Road (Capel Wastewater Treatment Plant).  The purpose of this closure is to prevent illegal vehicular access to the bushland reserve behind the Waste Transfer Station.

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration office in Forrest Road Capel and the Dalyellup Library located at Shop 2/54 Tiffany Centre Dalyellup during office hours and on the Shire website at www.capel.wa.gov.au.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271 or via email to [email protected], prior to 4pm on 9th April 2019.
