We are seeking a suitable organisation/s for the provision of aquatic and fitness apparel and accessories at Council Leisure Facilities for retail sale.

Council has received a development application from James Matthews for the Concept master plan for the staged redevelopment of the site as a mixed use development at Lot X DP 409704, Lot 15 DP 14782, Lot 1 DP 1154928, 22 - 32 Queen Street, Campbelltown.

Sydney Western City Planning Panel is the determination authority for this development application.

Lot 1211 Menangle Road, Campbelltown

Council has received amended plans from Kennards Self Storage Pty Ltd for development application 1292/2018/DA-C, for the construction and operation of a storage premises at Lot 1211 DP 1136122, Menangle Road, Campbelltown. The applicant has lodged amended plans as part of an appeal to the Land and Environment Court against the deemed refusal of the application by Council.

The amended application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown.

Council has received a development application from Anglican Community Services for the Staged seniors living development for 10 residential flat buildings comprising 315 independent living units, 32 attached villas, a 100 bed residential aged care facility, community facilities and associated carparking at Lot 1 DP 620265, Lot 1 Pembroke Road, Minto.  

Sydney Western City Planning Panel is the determination authority for this development application.

The proposal is identified as Nominated Integrated Development as it requires a controlled activity approval from the Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000, and Bushfire Safety Authority from the Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997.

The application and accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects are on exhibition and available for review at the ground floor of Council’s Civic Centre during Council’s ordinary office hours and at HJ Daley Library, Hurley St, Campbelltown and Greg Percival Library, Cnr Oxford and Cumberland Rds, Ingleburn.

Campbelltown City Council is the consent authority for this development application.
