Will council be livestreaming the ordinary meeting on March 13? 

No, as we need to complete at least two trials before we can start live broadcasting to ensure all equipment and processes have been tested fully. It is anticipated Council will be ready to livestream the April meeting, so long as the March trial is successful.

2. How did the livestreaming trial go for the last council meeting? 

The first trial is currently being reviewed.

3. What are the mechanisms of the livestreaming? Will it be hosted on a page of the council website, or will an alternate link be supplied? 

The live stream will be broadcast via Council’s website and managed by a third party.
