Shire of Capel 12 Mar 2019

The Shire of Capel advises that the construction of the Spurr Street Entry Statement Project commenced on 12 March 2019 with completion expected by April 2019.

The artwork replicates the Goodwood Road entry Statement installed last year which was designed by local artist Erin Rafferty.

The work includes:

Earth and concrete works for footing Installation of new sign Installation of solar lights within cage

The work will take up to four weeks to complete. Road users are urged to slow down when approaching the area, obey all signs and show courtesy to other road users.
