News Firebreak Notice - to all owners and/or occupiers of land Mar 13 2019 As of Friday March 8 2019 the new Section 33 notice came into effect for the Shire of Ashburton. It is now a requirement to maintain lands All Year Round (Jan 1 to Dec 31 each year) to the standards specified in the new Section 33 Notice. Please review the Section 33 notice in its entirety.
