Why not join a Neighbourhood Forum

If you live between Austinmer and Woonona and would like to join the conversation with Wollongong City Council about the area, you should consider joining the Neighbourhood Forum.

The Annual General Meeting for Neighbourhood Forum 3 will be held on Tuesday 19 March with the election for Convenor, Co-convener and Secretary to be held.

Neighbourhood Forums are volunteer resident community groups that aim to:

Share and express concerns & aspirations for their local area Support each other and promote the best interests of the community Find out about Council’s services, facilities and plans Provide feedback about current & future Council business

Neighbourhood Forum 3 meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm in Thirroul Library and Community Centre.

There are also active forums for Helensburgh, Corrimal, Wollongong, Berkeley, Dapto and surrounds. To find out more about the Forums, including which forum area you live in, visit Council’s website
