DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION – STANDARD AMENDMENT NO. 120

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Harvey has adopted the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of:

Modifying the text in Schedule 7 – Schedule of Additional Uses of the Scheme (A10) to remove the land referenced in the proposed Additional Use 15; Inserting Additional Use 15 in Schedule 7 – Schedule of Additional Uses – Additional Use to include a ‘Fast Food Outlet (drive-through coffee shop only)’ land use into the Only Use Permitted column in addition to all of the uses already permitted in Additional Use 10; and Amending the Scheme maps accordingly.

Plans and documents related to Scheme Amendment No. 120 are available for inspection at the Shire of Harvey’s Administration Offices – 7 Mulgara Street, Australind and 102 Uduc Road, Harvey, or on the Shire’s website at the following address www.harvey.wa.gov.au/latest-planning-adverts/.

Submissions on Scheme Amendment No. 120 may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 4.00pm on Thursday, 2 May 2019.
