ROADS UPDATE at 7.20am March 20: The Mulligan Highway is closed at the McLeod River, while the Little Annan remains open for those travelling between Cooktown and Lakeland. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road is closed to all traffic as Cyclone Trevor remains active over Cape York.
