ROADS UPDATE at 8.50pm March 19: The Mulligan Highway is closed at the McLeod River, while the Little Annan remains open for those travelling between Cooktown and Lakeland. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road is closed to all traffic as Cyclone Trevor crosses the coast near Lockhart River.
