News Major Trading Undertaking Mar 20 2019 The Shire of Ashburton hereby gives notice of its proposal to undertake a major trading undertaking. Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, a business plan for the proposed development of the Pilbara Regional Waste Management Facility, has been prepared and public submissions are invited in relation to the plan. Copies of the business plan are available for inspection at the Shire’s Administration Buildings located in Onslow, Tom Price and Paraburdoo. Alternatively, the business plan can be requested via email request to [email protected]. Submissions about the proposed plan should be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Ashburton, PO Box 567, Tom Price, Western Australia 6751 or [email protected] by 4.00pm Tuesday 7 May 2019.
