ROADS UPDATE at 7.55am March 21: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at the McLeod River, with water slowly falling, and at the Little Annan where the water is rising. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road is closed to all traffic as the aftermath of Cyclone Trevor remains active over Cape York.
