ROADS UPDATE at 2.40pm March 20: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at the McLeod River, with water still rising, while the Little Annan is open for those travelling between Cooktown and Lakeland/Laura. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road is closed to all traffic as the aftermath of Cyclone Trevor remains active over Cape York.
