FREE Child Car Restraint Checks – Donnybrook – Thursday 18th April

Every year in Western Australia around 127 children aged up to 16 years old are killed or seriously injured when the vehicle they were travelling in is involved in a crash. On average, 14 per cent of these children were not wearing a seat belt or in an appropriate child car restraint at the time of the crash.

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup is working with Roadwise and have organised a FREE checking station with RoadWise Regional Safety Advisors available to assist with fitting and checking of child car restraints.

While you are waiting, let the kids have a play at the park and grab your free coffee or tea from the Snack Shack, located across the road from the Apple Fun Park. A voucher will be provided to you on the day.
