ROADS UPDATE at 1.20pm March 22: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at Rifle Creek near Mt Molloy, the McLeod River (1.2m over and rising) and the Little Annan (0.9m over). On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road remains closed to all traffic as heavy rain from Cyclone Trevor remains over Cape York.
