ROADS UPDATE at 11.20am March 22: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at Rifle Creek near Mt Molloy, the McLeod River (0.95m over and steady) and the Little Annan (0.9m over and rising). On Endeavour Valley Road, there is a temporary running surface on the Isabella Creek Bridge. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road remains closed to all traffic as heavy rain from Cyclone Trevor remains over Cape York.
