ROADS UPDATE at 9am March 22: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at the McLeod River (0.75m over and rising) and the Little Annan (0.55m over and rising). On Endeavour Valley Road, there is a temporary running surface on the Isabella Creek Bridge. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road remains closed to all traffic as the heavy rain from Cyclone Trevor remains over Cape York.
