ROADS UPDATE at 10.20am March 23: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at Rifle Creek near Mt Molloy and the McLeod River, and the Little Annan is now closed again and rising. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road remains closed to all traffic as heavy rain from Cyclone Trevor remains over Cape York.
