ROADS UPDATE at 8am March 24: The Mulligan Highway remains closed at Rifle Creek near Mt Molloy and the McLeod River, and the Little Annan is open. On the Peninsula Development Road heading north, the road remains closed to all traffic as heavy rain from Cyclone Trevor remains over Cape York.
