Tenders T19/01 Nursery supplies

Council requires suitably qualified organisations for the provision and delivery within the Campbelltown Local Government Area of the following nursery supplies: Annuals; Trees and shrubs/grasses from tubestock to 45ltr; Advanced trees 75ltr and above; and Indoor plants.

You can tender for one or more of the above requirements as we intend to utilise a panel of contractors for these works.

Supply and empty ‘frontlift’ and/or 'rearlift' bins at various Council-owned locations across the Campbelltown LGA; Supply and empty bulk cardboard/paper recycling bins; and Dispose of the Materials and Recyclables emptied from frontlift and rearlift bins.

Notice of Licence Agreement Proposal

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act, 1993 Campbelltown City Council proposes to enter into a Licence Agreement over community land known as part of Lot 15 DP29019 being part of Lot 15 St David’s Road, Varroville.

The proposed licence agreement is to formalise the existence of a Telecommunications Tower on site. The Licence Agreement is to be between Campbelltown City Council and Axicom Pty Ltd for a term of twenty one years. The purpose for which the land will be used is for a Telecommunications Tower and services hut.

Development Proposal Menangle Rd, Menangle Park

Council has received a development application from Dahua for the Construction of a four leg roundabout at the intersection of Cummins and Menangle Rds at Lots 3 - 5 Menangle Rd, Menangle Park. The two lane roundabout, with an internal diameter of 48m, is proposed to provide safe and convenient access to the first stages of development in Menangle Park.

Campbelltown City Council is the consent authority for this development application.

The proposal is required to be exhibited for 28 days in accordance with the Division 7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, as the proposal is supported by a Species Impact Statement (SIS). The SIS is considered necessary in satisfying the provisions of the former Section 5A of the Environmental Planning Assessment Act 1979 as it is considered “threatened species development”. The proposal will also require concurrence from the Office of Environment and Heritage for the SIS approval and the Roads and Maritime Services as Menangle Road is under their control.

Council has received amended plans from Kennards Self Storage Pty Ltd for development application 1292/2018/DA-C, for the construction and operation of a storage premises at Lot 1211 DP 1136122, Menangle Road, Campbelltown. The applicant has lodged amended plans as part of an appeal to the Land and Environment Court against the deemed refusal of the application by Council.

Council has received a development application from Anglican Community Services for the Staged seniors living development for 10 residential flat buildings comprising 315 independent living units, 32 attached villas, a 100 bed residential aged care facility, community facilities and associated carparking at Lot 1 DP 620265, Lot 1 Pembroke Road, Minto.  

Sydney Western City Planning Panel is the determination authority for this development application.

The proposal is identified as Nominated Integrated Development as it requires a controlled activity approval from the Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000, and Bushfire Safety Authority from the Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997.
