Council strives to meet the needs of our community through the provision of quality infrastructure and services.

To achieve this, we have strong values around the provision of quality customer service, being responsible for our decisions and actions as well as always looking to improve our service delivery.

Community input is a vital part of keeping Council informed about our service delivery levels. A simple way to advise Council is to use a Customer Request.   Customer Requests can inform Council of a service delivery issue such as uncollected wheelie bins, overgrown allotments, animal problems, potholes and maintenance issues.

Alternatively, you can speak to our friendly customer service team or call them on 4761 5300 who will lodge the request on your behalf.

Regrettably, on occasion, a community member may believe they’ve been wronged by a decision or the failure to make a decision, the actions or inaction or the conduct of a Councillor or of a member of Council staff.

On such an occasion, a Complaint can be lodged. Council is committed to providing continued high standards of ethical behaviour and decision making and will deal with all complaints confidentially, fairly and objectively.

Officer, in person or by telephone.

Help us to help you.
