A significant software upgrade of ARDi has been scheduled for next week from Monday 25 – 29 March. The trial/passenger service will not be available for the whole week.

EasyMile engineers will be on-site all week updating the software, testing and re-mapping the route.

On Monday between 1-5pm and Tuesday between 10am-3pm the vehicle will be under traffic management operating slowing on the trial route travelling 5km/hr to allow remapping to occur.

For the remainder of the week the vehicle will either be off the road or back circulating on the route at normal speeds.

ARDi is really looking forward to a boost and will be back on the road next week for normal passenger services. But in the mean time could road users please look out for ARDi, as you have been doing and be a little bit more patient next week if you come across ARDi going slower than normal, and as always adhere to the road rules and only overtake if it is safe to do so.

ARDi says thanks.
