Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Harvey has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of:
Inserting Additional Use 17 in Schedule 7 – Schedule of Additional Uses Additional Use 17 (A17) to include a ‘Betting Agency’ land use into the Only Use Permitted column Amending the Scheme maps accordinglyPlans and documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment No. 123 are available for inspection at the Shire of Harvey’s Administration Offices – 7 Mulgara Street, Australind and 102 Uduc Road, Harvey, or on the Shire’s website at the following address www.harvey.wa.gov.au/latest-planning-adverts/.
Submissions on Scheme Amendment No. 123 may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 4.00pm on Thursday 9 May 2019.
