The centre has obtained a new Point of Sale (POS) system for easy access for payments and purchases at the Aquatic Centre. The system will mean a few positive changes to the process of providing goods and services to patrons.
A new POS system has been installed at the pool with the aim to increase the level of service provided to patrons at the facility, while reducing the opportunity for administrative problems during this process. This new system will mean that all existing members, including fitness passport holders, will need to update their details and receive a new card from the time of implementation of this system.
In coming weeks, there will be a change for customers accessing the centre. Customer access will be controlled by a new gate entry system. Members can use their new card to enter the centre. Other customers can purchase a printed day use docket for entry. Either a new membership card or day use docket will be required to enter the centre once the system is activated.
Staff will be available to assist customers with the transition to the new entry system.
