Gympie Regional Council and the Veteran Hall Committee are inviting members of the public to a great night out with musicians The Long Johns and Emma Beau.

The event will be held this Saturday 30 March, 6.30pm to 9.30pm at the Veteran Hall, 594 Sandy Creek Road, Veteran.

The Long Johns come together to play spooky country with that old timey swing, peppered with the spiciest of flavours to deliver songs of hope, loss and hauntings.

Joining the line-up is local multi-instrumentalist and award winning artist Emma Beau. Capturing the attention of some of Australia’s greatest performers, Emma has toured nationally with the likes of Kasey Chambers, Shane Nicolson and the legendary Jon English.

The Small Halls Revitalisation Project is supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between Gympie Regional Council and the Queensland Government to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.

Doors open at 6.00pm with canteen and bar available.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for student/concessions and are available at www.eventbrite.com.au.
