Young people have a chance to see their ideas put into action in the Liverpool Library Forecourt this Youth Week, in one of several Youth Week activities to be held across Liverpool.
On Thursday 11 April and Friday 12 April, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, Live and Loud will take over the Liverpool Library forecourt with live music and games.
Liverpool Mayor Wendy Waller said it was important that young people felt welcome in the Liverpool CBD.
“In recent months, Council has been listening to young people who use the forecourt, taking down their ideas for the space,” Mayor Waller said.
“We know that the library forecourt is already a place young people like to gather and Youth Week is a great opportunity to see how it could be more welcoming for them.
“We also have a range of activities across the area varying from self-improvement to physical activity and creativity.”
