Public Exhibition - Code of Conduct including Procedures

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to adopt the draft Code of Conduct and Procedures for the Administration of the Code of Conduct following an exhibition period of 28 days.

The code and procedures are available for public inspection at the Goolgowi Shire Office, Hillston District Office, and the WG Parker Memorial Library.

Any enquiries should be directed to Council on 6965 1900.

At any time during the public exhibition period, submissions in writing will be received by Council and must be addressed to the General Manager. Submissions can be sent by mail, fax or email as shown below, and must be received by 4.15 pm on Friday 2 May 2019. Prior to formal adoption of the code, Council will take into consideration any submissions that have been received.
