DJ TigerlilyFairfield City’s young people are in for a real treat, with popular Australian performer DJ Tigerlily performing LIVE at the Bring It On! Festival at Fairfield Showground on Sunday, 14 April.
DJ Tigerlily will deliver her trademark high-energy performance at a special foam party at 6.45pm, the culmination of an exciting day of music, dance, art and festival fun, and will be the perfect way to clean off after the inaugural Rainbow Run.
DJ Tigerlily is a perfect fit for this year’s Bring It On! Festival. She is an ambassador for Lifeline Australia, supporting their efforts in creating awareness and breaking down the social stigmas of mental health – a key focus of this year’s Festival.
A number of local service providers - including those in the field of mental health support – will be offering information and guidance to young people throughout the day.
Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said DJ Tigerlily is one of the biggest stars ever secured to perform at the Bring It On! Festival.
“Council has worked hard to make this Bring It On! Festival the biggest and best yet, and I am pleased to be able to announce that DJ Tigerlily will cap off what promises to be an amazing celebration of youth culture and talent,” Mayor Carbone said.
“Fairfield City is highly regarded for its festivals and cultural celebrations, and Bring It On! is no exception. This is why Council is working hard to deliver the new festival and sporting facilities at Fairfield Showground.
“I encourage every young person from across Fairfield City and beyond to come together and enjoy the carnival atmosphere, tackle the Rainbow Run with their friends and enjoy the show from DJ Tigerlily, one of Australia’s biggest dance party performers.”
Registrations are now open for the Rainbow Run. Rainbow Run participants will be challenged by a fun obstacle course, where they will be splashed in colourful powder at regular intervals. Register online at www.fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au/bringiton.
Bring It On! is the largest Youth Week event in NSW. It will be held on Sunday, 14 April from 12pm-7.30pm at Fairfield Showground.
