REQUEST FOR QUOTE -Q2019/8 Refurbishment of Gum Bend Lake Amenities Facility

Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified builder for the refurbishment of the Gum Bend Lake Amenities facility, Condobolin.

The successful candidate must supply a quotation which provides costing for the internal demolition and refurbishment, internal drainage and concrete slab works of the facilities.

Contractors are to conduct their own services investigations, however Council will provide architectural drawings and potable water supply. The plans are available for inspection at the Council Administration Building during office hours.

Submissions will be received up until 4.00pm, Monday 29 April 2019 and must be titled “Q2019/8 Refurbishment of Gum Bend Lake Amenities Facility”.  Submissions may be lodged electronically at [email protected], posted to PO Box 216, Condobolin NSW 2877, or delivered to 58-64 Molong Street, Condobolin and placed in the tender box.
