Pram Ramp Maintenance

The Town of Bassendean would like to advise residents and the community of the proposed pram ramp and path maintenance work in Kathleen Street at Guildford Road intersection, Bassendean. The Town’s appointed contractor, Axiis Pty Ltd, will be conducting the work under supervision from the Town’s Asset Services Department. Works are programmed and anticipated to be completed in 3 business days which will be carried out in the week of Monday 8th April – Friday 12th April 2019 dependent on weather. Hours of work will be between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

While every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience there will be a need for a road closure at the intersection of Kathleen Street/Guildford Road between the hours of 9am-3pm, Traffic Management detour will be in place. Residents and businesses may experience access restrictions from their property, please approach the traffic controller stationed at the work site, who can then provide guidance through the work site safely.
