???????? Congratulation to the team at Careship Coorong who hosted the inaugural Careship Escargot Festival last weekend as part of Tasting Australia. ????????????????

Council was proud to support this event under the Festival and Events - Grant program.

Attendees were able to learn about the process of farming and processing snails while enjoying great wine, excellent escargot, fabulous entertainment and a variety of desserts served in a traditional Mongolian Yurt.
